Position Summary
The Operations Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the business owner, office manager, customer service representatives, and routing managers. This position involves engaging with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our services and products. Strong communication abilities and proficiency in data entry are essential for maintaining customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer service representatives in the sales process through various channels.
- Interact directly with clients via phone or email to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Establish new customer accounts efficiently.
- Forward unresolved matters to the office manager.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the business owner and office manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Google Mail and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with administrative processes.
- Experience in phone sales is preferred but not mandatory.
