Job Description

RBC Capital Markets is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our LGBTQ+ Sophomore Insights Program is a multi-month program for undergraduate students in their Sophomore year of studies who identify as LGBTQ+. The program consists of virtual and in-person learning and development sessions for students interested in pursuing a career in investment banking or sales and trading, and participants have the potential to interview early for a spot in our 2026 Summer Internship Program.

How will you benefit?

Through this program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization and the finance industry more broadly. You will have access to mentors who will help you navigate the organization and refine your career path, and a network of driven, ambitious, and supportive professionals. All participants will be considered for an early interview process for our 2026 Summer Internship Program.

Eligibility:

  • You are a full-time Sophomore undergraduate student graduating between December 2026 and Spring 2027
  • You are interested in pursuing a full-time career in investment banking or sales and trading
  • You are able to participate in the 2026 Summer Internship Program

Application Deadline: 11:59 PM EST on September 22, 2024


Selection Process and Next Steps:

Following the deadline, applications will be reviewed by a team of RBC Capital Markets professionals. Select applicants will then be invited to interview by telephone. The program is slated to kick off in NYC, November 2024. Additional details will be provided.
