Business Impact Experts (BIEs) serve as software adoption partners with our business stakeholders as part of the Business Data Solution team's objective to seamlessly bring together people, process, and technology.

To accomplish this, BIEs must build partnerships with both business stakeholders in multiple functions and key technical roles in the Business Data Solutions team.

This role is focused on bridging between the business experience and our technical solutions to help ensure the solutions we deliver for the Crop Protection platform are meaningfully integrates into the associated business processes.

What You'll Do:
\r

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and clarify larger business initiatives where the Business Data Solutions team will be working to provide value. \r
  • Coach focal points from multiple business teams to meaningfully define a business problem/need as part of the quarterly project prioritization process. \r
  • Work across both business and technical roles to validate new data solutions and effectively incorporate them into associated processes. \r
  • Partner with project business partners to drive timely communication and training for business stakeholders. \r
  • Serve as a focal point for business stakeholders to get technical answers, and for technologists to get business engagement. \r
  • Help technologists better understand business needs and challenges in order to provide better solutions. \r
  • Work with both business and technical stakeholders to understand challenges to solution adoption, then develop strategies to overcome obstacles and mitigate issues. \r

QualificationsEducation:
\r

  • BS degree in related field. \r

What Skills You Need:

* 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in business relationship management, business analysis, or business process management. \r

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \r
  • Ability to engage and manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \r
  • Ability to influence others to gain their support for change, across numerous and diverse teams. \r
  • Experience with change management principles and methodologies \r
  • Solid technical background with a broad understanding of typical business systems and tools (such as PowerBI) \r
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse team environment. \r
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \r
