What You'll Do
As a Partner Manager at BambooHR, you will have the unique opportunity to enable the company's ongoing sales and growth by providing channel sales support to a portfolio of assigned referral partners.
You will:
- Enable, strategize and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
- Help enable newly onboarded partners to connect with their partner sales account executive and be empowered to refer leads.
- Act as a bridge for communication between referral partners and the partner sales team, including regular strategy calls with the partner.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel to drive partner strategy and maximize referrals and sales.
- Understand customer and business needs to enable partners to cross-sell and up-sell BambooHR's products.
- Coordinate with other departments to support partners, such as the billing and support teams.
- Assess, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals in order to maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- A minimum of 2-3 years of related working experience (experience in channel and/or referral partnerships is preferred).
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
