We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep
What we bring to you:
-$20-$24/hr DOE, and quarterly incentive bonuses depending on company profitability
- Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance
-2 weeks PTO

What our Inside Sales Rep does:
- Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
- Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.
- Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules.
- Prepares reports of business transactions.
What you need to have:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalency
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone
- Proficient in MS Office
