Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are in search of a Senior Manager Product Management to lead global oversight of a new patient administration and revenue cycle products. Serving as a crucial link between a customer's business functions and product requirements, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of financial data to a variety of partners.

As a manager in the product development organization, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and strategy. You will understand the current features and capabilities of Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products to help determine appropriate fit for customer requirements. You will analyze and communicate near-term and long-term obligations with appropriate product development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure we are meeting the customer's needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate product roadmaps and strategies into client roadmaps and strategies. You will provide go-to-market messaging and positioning for product marketing, customer services, and sales.

This is an opportunity to develop and maintain rich internal and customer relationships at both the working and executive levels, creating and presenting polished messaging both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, detailed understanding of product development and product management.
  • Can directly contact our customers, client services, development, quality assurance, and more to understand and articulate business requirements and how best to implement new feature solutions with maximum customer impact.
  • Product management/design experience, health IT consulting or health IT solution work.
  • US Citizenship on US soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

As a manager in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US: Hiring Range: from $109,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
