About the Team
Pangle is the Ad Network of TikTok for Business, connecting worldwide advertisers with 1B+ DAUs through thousands of locally popular publishers. Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.
The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, regional business teams, ByteDance product pillar counterparts, and Pangle product and tech teams, aiming to deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively drive Pangle and TikTok process integration. Work closely with the global GMPT Product Solution and Operation team and Pangle HQ teams to ensure the global processes and business initiatives apply to Pangle and are executed by the corresponding teams.
2. Develop and manage Pangle's global Go-to-Market (GTM) foundations, partnering closely with the global Monetization Product Operation (MPO) team to plan, prepare, and execute Pangle-specific training programs, GTM assets (e.g., Help Center, Product Manual, etc.,), and other global programs.
3. Lead and manage strategic projects for the team, participate in the design and implementation of business operation management processes, and strongly support the implementation of business strategy at the regional level.
4. Be familiar with the overall strategies and tactics of product commercialization, product strategy, and GTM to adequately support XFN business leaders in disassembling project tasks, setting priorities, and adding value to the broader leadership team.
5. Responsible for operating Pangle products and business development in the NA marketplaces, including Canada and the United States (outbound business only), up to 25% of the total bandwidth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least five years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
2. Robust product marketing knowledge and hands-on experience defining product GTM strategy executed product launch, in-bound and out-bound initiatives resulting in quantifiable business impact.
3. Experience in process curation and optimization, streamlining partnership framework with extensive XFN teams, and driving cross-functional alignment and collaborations.
4. Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.
5. Data-sensitive, with clear, logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proactive in nature, capable of self-navigating the ambiguities and presenting solutions and recommendations for the leadership team.
2. Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
3. Team player, think strategically and act tactically.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $244888 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
