A Day in the Life:

The Product Development Associate will lead the development of the RTW product and be a key liaison between the teams of Design, Materials, Merchandising, Production, and Tech Design. The Associate will also be responsible for managing the calendar, timing, costing, and allocation under the Director's guidance, keeping the Design team on track, and communicating with all cross-functional teams and categories (knit, woven, and sweaters). The Associate will maintain support on large-scale, fast-moving seasonal developments adhering to operation timeline while focused on efficient leadership across RTW. Responsible for articulating timeliness, requirements, accuracy, and execution of samples to cross-functional teams. Reports to Director of Product Development.

To Land This Role:
Outstanding project management skillsBA in Fashion Design, Fashion production, Merchandising/ Project management, or a similar role2+ years of prior experience (in fashion product management/production/Project management) preferred.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work streams in parallelSelf-starter who is eager to learn and find new ways to solve problems while inspiring collaborationExperience in garment production highly preferableStrong knowledge of operational excellence & research skills (applicable in any company or industry)Demonstrate proficiency in PC skills, MS Office works, presentation skillsHigh adaptable skills with interactions and process systemsAbility to be flexible and support change initiatives within the division and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to Manage up.Organized and a self-starter.Strong communication skills- written and verbal.Demonstrates they are trustworthy and have follow through.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 60,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
