The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of strategies and solutions to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and availability of the companys master data assets. This role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to establish governance and standards for data management.

This position will be inclusive of proactively triaging events cross-functional to minimize delays and ensuring we exhaust all options prior to changing patient dose date. The individual will collaborate with various cross-functional business partners and utilize an Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP) and digital platforms as sources of trusted data for communication and decision making.

This role will support the Finite Scheduling team to collect and drive patient escalation issues, ensuring the timely disposition of products and maintain a centralized schedule to support Manufacturing.

This role will closely partner with the Patient Interface Team, communicating schedule challenges and risks to meeting patient dose schedule.

Heres What Youll Do

Develop and execute the master data management strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the INT design, implementation, and maintenance of MDM systems and architecture. Collaborate with LCM, IT, and business stakeholders to identify critical data elements and define data ownership. Monitor the effectiveness of data management practices and make recommendations for improvements. Foster a data-centric culture within the organization and advocate for the importance of high-quality master data. Report on the status of MDM efforts and their impact on business operations to senior leadership. Develop and maintain the master data management strategy in line with INT business objectives and IT architecture. Define and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Initiate the creation and maintenance of master data records across the organization. Ensure data quality by implementing quality checks, controls, and periodic audits. Collaborate with various departments to understand data usage and implications for data governance. Ensure compliance with data management policies. Facilitate the resolution of data quality issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies. Manage and enhance the organization's data technology platforms to support master data management. Drive continuous improvement in data management practices. Serve as the liaison between business and IT to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined and communicated. Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management. Heres What Youll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) Proven experience in developing and implementing MDM strategies and systems. Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. Excellent team management skills. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with leading MDM platforms like Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or Oracle MDM. Knowledge of industry-specific data standards and regulations Strong understanding of SAP Master Data Management and financial process Ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment and cross-functionally support our internal / external business customers.
