Location: Irving, TX

Responsibilities:

· Manage the capacity planning for the programs.

· Manage the Delivery for multiple programs for a customer portfolio

· Manage the contractual commitments and track and report the performance to customer stakeholder

· Manage the budget for the portfolio

· Conduct monthly business reviews with customer stakeholders

· Manage the operational metrics and define the improvement areas

Qualifications:

· Degree in a pertinent discipline.

· Strong delivery experience working for Telecom customers.

· Strong experience on Agile delivery methodology.

· Experience managing Jira dashboards for Agile delivery.

· Experience working on Digital Delivery and Business transformation programs.

· Experience handling P&L for large programs

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
