As an Admission Officer, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and enrolling the next generation of leaders. You will be responsible for managing the entire admission process, from initial inquiry through enrollment. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and the ability to inspire prospective students and their families.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
- Conduct tours and informational sessions for prospective students and their families.
- Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and make admission recommendations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Participate in admissions events, both on and off campus.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming enrollment process for new cadets.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the values and mission of the New York Military Academy.
