Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience managing tax portfolios for partnerships, High-Net Worth Individuals, S-Corps, and Small Businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and filing requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of team management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying informed about new tax laws and regulations.
