ABOUT THIS POSITION

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to leaders aligning our people strategies with business goals and objectives.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Collaborates closely with leadership in the identification of organizational needs and partner to build and implement solutions.
  • Consults with employees and leaders to address root causes of issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic and flexible approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, facilitate, present, and communicate effectively.
  • Foster Inspire's core values in organizational initiatives.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships across the business with various levels of leaders.
  • Administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, talent review and succession planning, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition, retention and engagement.
  • Proactively partners with leaders on coaching, talent management ,performance management initiatives and retaining top talent.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Leverages data and analytics to identify trends, support business objectives and in decision making.
  • Provides guidance and support in organizational change initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team and leadership on organizational design and talent needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high levels of confidentiality as well as complex and/or sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, process development and analysis.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Other items as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field required
  • 5+ years experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic organizations
  • Experience working for companies in med-tech or high-tech industries
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience with Employee relations and investigations
  • Experience working with various levels of leadership
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
  • Master's and/or HR certification preferred
