Position Overview:
Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.
How you will make an impact:
- Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public
- Ensures the LTSS provider network has the resources, tools, and supports necessary to deliver highquality care to members
- Represents the LTSS program and provider relations team in various external stakeholders
- Responsible for budget accountability
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years' experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Provider contracting experience preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- LTSS Provider experience preferred
- Strong Public Speaking experience preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred
