Job Summary

As a key member of the Domino team, the Transportation Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery and service network. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and coordinate a team of delivery and service team members, handle customer service complaints, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Recruit, interview, train, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Assist with generating reports and contribute to the development of the annual department budget.
  • Routing and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling driver routes and re-routing as necessary to ensure route coverage.
  • Customer Relations: Assist in answering customer complaints and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college hours or a 2-year degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
  • 2-3 years of route scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied conditions, including refrigerated environments.
