Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce retail product insights, collaborate with platform delivery teams on quality metrics and operational monitoring that triggers incident response
  • Supply analytical insights and innovation opportunities by using competitive intelligence tools
  • Provide analyses facilitating the creation of business cases for digitally sponsored projects.
  • Develop and maintain the observability strategy for retail platforms including instrumentation, monitoring & response processes
  • Develop SQL queries, access data warehouse, generate automated daily / weekly reports, create relevant KPIs and metrics for commercial digital performance

Qualifications

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of digital channel experience (Business or IT)
  • 4+ years utilizing digital analytics tools
  • 4+ years of experience in advanced research in a quantitative and analytical field
  • Background in Statistics, Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, and/or Information Systems
  • Strong data analysis, manipulation, and problem solving skills
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain and/or present analysis
  • The ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data and analysis

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Advanced skills using SQL and/or PySpark
  • Experience with building reports/dashboards in PowerBI
  • Experience with building reports/dashboards in Tibco Spotfire
  • MBA preferred
  • Digital retail experience
  • Airline or travel industry experience
