Bonhomous is an internal creative agency at Wavetronix headquartered in Springville, Utah. We are a close-knit, collaborative bunch looking to welcome an experienced graphic designer to our friendly, talented team. You will combine your knowledge of design principles and tools with fellow geniuses to develop and produce compelling campaigns and carefully-crafted creative materials that may include, ads, brochures, brand identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, websites, animations, and more. The opportunities are endless—seriously—they never end. So, bring your superpowers and marvel at what we make together.

Typical activities include:

· Meeting with clients and coworkers to discuss project objectives

· Reviewing creative briefs that define project requirements and scope

· Estimating time requirements and scheduling production

· Thinking creatively to develop design concepts/sketches/iterations

· Collaborating with partners (clients), copywriters, other designers, web developers, executives, product engineers and vendors

· Designing, revising and proofreading to produce accurate, effective, high-quality work

· Presenting concepts and finalized designs to our partners

A successful graphic designer will accomplish the following:

First 90 days

· Develop a working knowledge of our products, competitors, industry norms and trends

· Enthusiastically participate in onboarding and personal development training

· Become familiar with Bonhomous project management tools and processes

· Work with the team to fulfill project requests in a most delightful way

Year One

· Support the development of company event exhibits and presentations

· Collaborate with the team to design signage and branding for our new campus and spaces

· Build marketing campaigns and materials for our next generation of products and for an increasing number of markets around the world

· Incorporate principles and behaviors learned in personal development training

Beyond Year One

· Actively participate as a strong member of Bonhomous, helping to build unity and trust

· Develop innovate and effective ways to share our messages and help our partners meet their objectives

· Keep current with emerging design-related technologies and tools

Apart from design skills, we are looking for:

· Creative skills including ideation, problem-solving, concept development and visual communication

· Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and advance multiple projects concurrently

· Creative flair for discovering customer insights

· Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs

· A flexible approach—being willing to iterate and provide and accept design feedback

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art or a related field is preferred

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud design software and Microsoft Office products?
