The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing the creative vision of the company, ensuring consistent brand identity and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate the creative team to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Develop and execute innovative brand strategies across multiple product categories and marketing channels.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity and corporate image throughout all product lines, packaging, promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
- Lead creative strategy and execution of multiple projects and design deliverables simultaneously and within expected deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and briefs.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Marketing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Management experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with and support senior management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
