As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will spearhead full-cycle recruitment processes for our Technical divisions at Grindr. What does the job entail?

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, focusing on finding technically skilled individuals who align with our values. This includes sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and preparing candidates and hiring teams for interviews.
  • Work closely with leaders and hiring managers to gain in-depth knowledge of the business segments, create talent profiles, develop hiring strategies, structure interview processes, and act as a strategic collaborator.
  • Enhance the candidate experience to ensure a uniform interview process and attract top-tier talent to Grindr.
  • Source candidates through innovative channels, actively build and manage a talent pool.
  • Take meticulous ownership of assigned requisitions in Greenhouse to facilitate accurate candidate evaluation and data collection.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate feedback and valuable insights to continually refine our hiring processes at Grindr. You will have the opportunity to pinpoint areas for enhancement and streamline scheduling efficiency.

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within the tech industry.
  • Demonstrate a strategic approach to moderately complex projects, aligning strategies with company and team objectives.
  • Readiness to take initiative, construct necessary tools and processes independently, and excel in a dynamic, evolving setting.
  • Located in one of Grindr's hubs (Chicago, SF, Palo Alto, NYC).
  • Previous recruitment experience in a public or late-stage company of similar size.
  • Familiarity with the user community.

About compensation: This salary range applies to the U.S. and is subject to change depending on various factors such as training, transferrable skills, work experience, business requirements, location, and market conditions. The specified salary range is eligible for adjustments in the future and may undergo modifications. In addition to the base pay, this role includes equity, benefits, and participation in a company bonus program.
