A Day in the Life:

As the Buyer, you develop and execute on the buying process for the Tory Burch Full Price stores in North America for Jewelry & Watches, OA, Home, Sunglasses & Fragrance.

The typical day is... atypical. You will be building the product assortment during markets and identifying future product opportunities, trends, and class-level offerings to drive sales. You will analyze and hindsight weekly, monthly, quarterly, end-of-season business to inform future buying decisions and product action plans.

Throughout the year, you will participate in store visits in key markets to give product knowledge to the field team and gaining understanding of the local market to support future product tiering strategies or opportunities.

Building strong cross functional partnerships with teams such as Planning, Allocations, Visual as well as the store teams will make you successful in the role. You will be a key point person liaising between Licensing Team and external Partners to ensure the seamless execution from market-to-store for licensed product categories. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:
Bachelor's Degree, preferred4+ years of retail buying experience in a luxury or service driven environmentAbility to build partnership with direct managers and cross functional partners.Analyze the business to gain an understanding of prior performance and develop future goalsStrength in managing time alongside manager & team to meet deadlinesResourceful when problem solvingAbility to pivot along with and anticipate changes in business needsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
