Description:

The Regional Commerce Media Coordinator will be responsible for the budgeting, planning and execution of media investments from internal non-media teams. The Portfolio media team is looking for a data-driven individual who will work in close-contact with internal stakeholders including the Retail Integration Managers and a variety of other internal Commerce teams including the Shopper, eCommerce and Commerce marketing teams. He/she/they will meet regularly with those internal teams and the day-to-day will include routine meetings, content assistance, campaign strategy, post targeting & boosting, performance measurement/reporting, and quality control efforts.

The coordinator will meet regularly with internal stakeholders (Retail Integration Managers + eCommerce teams) to ensure the strategy is aligned with brand campaigns and the National directive.

Job Responsibilities:


• Consult with Retail Integration Managers for strategic alignment on a quarterly basis


• Meet with Retail Integration Managers regularly to plan & brief their social media calendars driving to key retail / eCommerce end points


• Work closely with the Local Connections Managers to develop commerce media strategies in line with the broader regional efforts


• Oversee the briefing, drafting, and deployment of campaigns with Starcom


• Cascade program results & future opportunities with the Retail Integration Managers & Commerce teams

• Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.

• Solid blend of analytical and creative skills to aid in the development of engaging social marketing recommendations


• Ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders at a time while maintaining high attention to detail

Qualifications:


• 2-3 years of professional experience with social media or marketing


• Hands-on-keyboard experience in programmatic or social trading preferred


• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Business, Marketing, Communications have yielded solid performers


• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate data for analysis and visualization
