Our Newest Opportunity:

As the Data Integration Developer, this individual will participate in the development and testing of database and back-end data processes using ETL techniques and tools to facilitate the creation and population of databases, data

marts, and other data integration solutions. In addition, this person will execute and maintain deployed data solutions and troubleshoot and remediate existing data integration processes to maintain high availability of data integration services. This person will work closely with technical team members, initiating and maintaining positive and proactive relationships and work collaboratively to deliver data integration solutions that are high performance, rapid response time, and as close to real-time as possible. A large focus of this role is ETL but there are also elements of data modeling and quality.

Typical functions include, but are not limited to, developing ETL packages, deployment of new and updated data integration solutions, monitoring of existing integration services, maintaining databases, managing inbound and

outbound data, mitigating data risks, offering technical expertise, and implementing technical advances based on business needs.

The Data Integration Developer will report to the Senior IT, Governance, Strategy & Planning Controller and be a member of the data operations team that both supports and leads RxConnection's various technical and business teams through their required data needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support secure transfer of continuous inbound data feeds as well as evaluate various data dictionaries to implement transformations on inbound data on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes
  • Create data connections to external vendors
  • Support various business projects and assist in data integration and data quality initiatives
  • Support external meetings that require technical knowledge/feedback
  • Evaluate and maintain existing data integration and connection documents and make recommendations/improvements based on business needs
  • Assess data practices on an ongoing basis to reduce any risk as well as recommend more efficient practices

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Data Integration and Business Intelligence tools and concepts
  • Data Integration concepts and strategies: ETL, EL-T, Data Warehousing, event-based processing
  • Data Integration tools: SSIS
  • Database: SQL Server
  • Data Management and Quality: data mapping, data profiling, relational data modeling, dimensional data modeling
  • Analytical - not afraid to dive into complex code and data to troubleshoot issues
  • Creative problem solver who is automation focused
  • Good communicator who wants to work in a team environment, comfortable working collaboratively with peers

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Data Integration / Business Intelligence in a complex environment working with SSIS
  • Data Analytics experience focused with Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and/or Healthcare data preferred

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000 to $90,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications,

professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
