Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing robust solutions within the Workday cloud-based software platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Procurement
  • Configure and customize Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and stay updated with Workday releases and new features
  • Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability of report outputs
  • Document integration requirements, specifications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations development with strong experience in HCM and Financial Module integration
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with integration technologies including Web Services and APIs: WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java
  • Knowledge in Integration security (ISU, PGPKey, MFA)
  • Demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, and calculated fields as it relates to integrations
  • Experience developing integrations for both Workday HCM and Financials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities
