Job Duties:
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Business Analytics Dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Excel etc.
  • Analyze external data sources to integrate with existing datasets and relate a comprehensive BI story.
  • Build compelling, interactive, and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that helps in deriving meaningful business insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Supporting the full BI lifecycle from requirements analysis through design & development, and through release and support/maintenance phases
  • Gather requirements and design reports/custom sales analysis tools for the Operations, Marketing & Sales teams.
  • Some of the reports that will be required but not limited to this set are:
    Daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for Operational KPIs, Financial reporting, and Marketing/Sales metrics.
  • Gather, publish & maintain information related to historical, current and future performance.
  • Compile and analyze data on historical sales and trends to forecast future trends.
  • Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests.
  • Train team members/ users on Power BI tool, dashboards, and reports, as required by Commercial Excellence team.

Qualifications:
  • 5
    years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
  • 3
    years of experience with Data Analysis and Visualization of Power BI Dashboards
  • Experience with data integration of Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
  • Power BI Advanced capabilities
  • Advanced Excel
  • SQL queries knowledge
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with any of the following:
    Azure, O365, Azure Stack, Azure AD
  • Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining;
  • MS Power BI suite (Power Query/M/DAX);
  • DAX experience
