Performance Management
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Provide guidance to People Leaders on coaching and navigating discussions around the talent lifecycle events.
- Work closely with Leadership to evolve the performance management philosophy, process and develop tools and resources for people leaders and employees.
- Lead the execution of talent management processes and assessments, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned to ongoing business needs.
- Define and execute coaching and mentoring strategies and programs.
- Assist in building out career development tools and resources.
- Assist in managing the full talent lifecycle to include talent assessment calibration, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess key roles and develop tailored plans for leadership continuity.
- Design and activate a continuous listening strategy that enables real time and ongoing feedback systems measuring employee sentiment and organizational culture.
- Launch a leadership effectiveness survey and design training, tools and resources to support outcomes.
- Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with HR and business developing action plans focused on employee experience engagement and retention.
- Identify KPIs to measure effectiveness of talent programs to illustrate impact and ROI to the business.
- 5-7 years' experience in talent development, organizational development or effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree or certification in HR, Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management strategy, talent lifecycle and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience in facilitation and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends in talent development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills including stakeholder management and project execution.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
