Cirrus Logic is looking for a Talent Management Specialist to help lead organizational development and growth across a global organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent management programs and employee engagement initiatives to build best in class talent while supporting business innovation and advancement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills to enhance our company's talent pipeline and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Performance Management
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Provide guidance to People Leaders on coaching and navigating discussions around the talent lifecycle events.
  • Work closely with Leadership to evolve the performance management philosophy, process and develop tools and resources for people leaders and employees.
Talent Management Programs
  • Lead the execution of talent management processes and assessments, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned to ongoing business needs.
  • Define and execute coaching and mentoring strategies and programs.
  • Assist in building out career development tools and resources.
Talent Pipeline
  • Assist in managing the full talent lifecycle to include talent assessment calibration, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess key roles and develop tailored plans for leadership continuity.
Continuous Listening
  • Design and activate a continuous listening strategy that enables real time and ongoing feedback systems measuring employee sentiment and organizational culture.
  • Launch a leadership effectiveness survey and design training, tools and resources to support outcomes.
  • Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with HR and business developing action plans focused on employee experience engagement and retention.
Metrics and Analytics
  • Identify KPIs to measure effectiveness of talent programs to illustrate impact and ROI to the business.
Background and Experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in talent development, organizational development or effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's Degree or certification in HR, Organizational Development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management strategy, talent lifecycle and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience in facilitation and coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends in talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills including stakeholder management and project execution.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
This is a hybrid position located in Austin, TX.
