Position Overview:Reporting the VP- Risk Measurement, ERM, will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation corporate risk measurement frameworks including scenario design, capital planning and resolution planning. The job involves coordination across business areas, Finance and ERM partners to ensure the relevant enterprise processes are performed under established governance, and ERM review and effective challenges are documented and communicated to stakeholders.

Your Impact:These key business processes are implemented timely and per principles and requirements outlined in relevant corporate policies, standards and procedures.
Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years' experience in quantitative analytics with at least 5 years of experience with US residential or commercial housing market
- Familiarity with GSE business model is necessary. This requirement may be relaxed for candidates with other compensatory experiences
- Master's in business, Finance, Statistics or related field is expected; Advanced degree is useful or comparable work experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills including the ability to lay out strategic vision and execute an operating plan to achieve the vision will be critical for success
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and work across a diverse organization
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with partners across the enterprise
- Strong communication skill, ability to work across the enterprise, attention to details for quantitative analytics and the processes used in such analysis
