**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze relevant documentation and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate existing risk management protocols and suggest improvements to enhance our risk management framework.
  • Propose and execute risk management solutions and recovery measures to minimize the impact of risks on our operations.
  • Present risk reports and proposals to program leadership to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Supervise and guide project staff to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented across the organization.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in risk management, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience in federal acquisition programs and proficiency in risk management processes and tools.
  • Ability to coordinate risk management across stakeholders and identify, monitor, and mitigate risks.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and industry certifications, such as PMP.

**Clearance Requirement:**

  • Active Top Secret clearance is required for this position.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Able to be stationary for extended periods.
  • Proficient in communication and information exchange.
  • Skilled in operating office equipment.
  • Ability to move within the office as necessary.
