Director, Site Reliability

Are you someone with a passion for taking on big challenges? Are you interested in owning large-scale, highly distributed systems and building new products from scratch? If so, then Virtual Networking in Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) has a great opportunity. These services stability, reliability and feature richness is critical to ensure the customer workloads run seamlessly on OCI cloud. Also, the leader will be responsible to build new services to simplify the connectivity model for other use cases and customer scenarios.
We're looking for strong leaders with background in distributed systems, networking and passion towards customer satisfaction to help build and maintain cloud scale services. You are expected to play a critical role towards the growth of the overall virtual networking portfolio.
As a Director, you will apply your experience and technical depth in creating long lasting strategic direction to build innovative products/features to meet customer needs and to improve the stability and operability of the services. You will use your organizational excellence and leadership skills to influence the prioritization and decision making across the broader networking org to successfully deliver business value. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent to grow the team to meet an ambitious charter.
