About This Role

CAE is looking for a Full-Time Facilities Support for our Minneapolis Training Center

This position provides maintenance and janitorial support of the physical facility.

Key responsibilities and qualifications will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance
  • Must be able to bend, lift 50 Lbs.+, crouch, working on a ladder and/or roof and work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including repairs and replacements of various component within our facility.
  • Coordinate with contractors conducting preventative equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, doors, carpentry, and HVAC.
  • Utilize tools, powered hand tools, and other maintenance-related equipment.
  • Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve.
  • Computer knowledge is a must.
  • Must be safety oriented and comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Must be professional and possess customer service skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
