Job Description:

The Enterprise Payment Technology (EPT) is looking for a Solution Delivery individual to help support the growth of the Merchant product line. This role will work closely with technology and business executives. The Solution Delivery Role is an individual contributor who provides project and program delivery services to support large, complex banking and non-banking technology. They work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly defined for hand off to technology. Below are examples for expectations for this role:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Project Management experience

Knowledge of enterprise project governance processes

Familiarity with delivery lifecycle both waterfall and agile approaches.

Experience working with technology and business partners.

Experience working with external vendors to identify technology challenges and opportunities.

Knowledge of software development, architecture, and other engineering practices

Familiarity with various project management tools

Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.

Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications:Previous experience in application or infrastructure architecture/engineeringStrong use of JIRA and ability to create reportingExecutive communicationResponsibilities:The individual for this role must be comfortable working on multiple projects at once at various development stages. The person in this role will also focus on continuous improvement of processes, templates, and practices to ensure delivery is as streamlined as possibleDevelops detailed project plans and incorporate bank standards/ routines into the plans to meet the required timelines on time and within budget. The project is expected to meet the needs and expectations of the business sponsor. Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to set capacity across sprints. Support governance routines across technology (e.g., architecture reviews, security assessments, testing) by coordinating schedules, creating technology artifacts, and defining remediation timelines as examples.Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
