Position Overview:

If so, this may be the right fit for you We are building a team of skilled professionals who can see the big picture, participate in strategy development, create, and execute implementation plans, influence business partners, and deliver business solutions in a fast-paced environment.

This team will provide change management expertise to the SF Acquisitions divisions, specifically focused on execution of strategic efforts in the Quality Control, Fraud, Operational Risk, Seller (customer), and third/fourth party domains.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of related work experience and 2+ years management experience within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer orientation, focus, and desire to provide high value services
  • Ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations
  • Excellent PowerPoint creation and presentation skills with MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint workflows, and Tableau Project management experience
  • Strong analytic skills that can be applied across multiple subject areas
