Position Overview:

This role will be part of the Operational Services – Servicing team in the Single Family Change Management unit.

Our Impact:

The group is responsible for production support and change management on applications that are currently supported within Servicing Operations. This group supports initiatives, light enhancement, break fixes, data corrections, pilots and infrastructure changes.

Your Impact:Production and Application Support
  • Analyze and triage issues related to these applications.
  • Work with business area and IT support teams to identify and resolve items and ensure root-cause analysis is performed
  • Drive the prioritization of the open issues
Change Management Support
  • Liaison between Serving Operations, IT, and Product team in providing right business direction
  • Analyze and drive non functional business requirements on one or more servicing area initiatives
  • Analyze, validate and prioritize operational business requirements
Analytics
  • Use data mining techniques (SQL, MS Access) to analyze and summarize data issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Typically has a College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst (Business Analysis, Requirements, Data Analysis, testing etc)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good SQL skills and solid understanding of Sybase database
  • Firm knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology
  • Extensive experience in developing and documenting business requirements, system requirements, process flows, developing and grooming product backlog and user stories
