Position Overview
Freddie Mac has established the Enterprise Operations & Technology (Enterprise Operations + Technology) Execution Board to manage its strategic initiatives, investments, and broad portfolio of technology projects and initiatives. As a leader in this organization, you will work with EO&T and business unit leaders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities, key initiative launches and ensure Freddie Mac's most strategic technology initiatives are delivering anticipated outcomes (and implanting corrective actions plans, where vital).
Our Impact:EO&T Execution Board team is responsible for working across business divisions and EO&T to:
- Integrate business-led Technology Strategy, Investments, and Initiatives
- Provide clear understanding and transparency of EO&T technology investments and delivered capability
- Manage enterprise alignment process for new demand to ensure scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes are defined
- Provide tools and guidance to supervise OKRs for sophisticated initiatives
- Provide effective communication and leadership briefings to support EO&T technology strategic vision, initiative implementation, and value realization at Freddie Mac
You will be an integral part of supporting the EO&T technology strategy, initiative implementation, risk management, and value realization reporting by:
- Creating program communications, logistics, and reporting to socialize EO&T technology strategy, implementation metrics, and financial outcomes
- Collaborating with business and EO&T leaders & specialists to create Executive-level reporting that evaluates identified business demand and applicable technology solution(s)
- Facilitating EO&T Execution Board to deliver technology strategic priorities and associated outcomes
- Creating and managing business process to drive Enterprise alignment on strategic efforts
- Providing insight on strategic EO&T technology projects and initiatives, implementation and risk management, and value realization
- Serving as a liaison to various business divisions to support EO&T technology strategic alignment
- 10+ years of large-scale technology program and portfolio management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of IT program management frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence at all levels of the enterprise
- Ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing with senior leaders
- Experience with C-suite communications, storyboarding and ability to create PowerPoint materials for executive audience
- Knowledge and experience with demand management, enterprise portfolio and program management, executive reporting, performance metrics and objective & key results definition and design
- Ability to handle several priorities and work within tight timeframes, shifting direction as needed
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, or Engineering (Preferred)
- Financial services / mortgage industry experience (Preferred)

- Good communication and presentation skills. In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and/or solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.

- Experience using data and analytics to drive business outcomes
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
