The Technology Asset Management Analyst is responsible for providing strategic support for day-to-day technical/functional ITAM operation. Assist with overseeing the respective program activities including, but not limited to Regulatory, Audit, Issues Management, IT Breaks, and IT Asset Management, etc., to ensure quality and SLAs are met.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the organization to effectively manage (ITAM) both on a daily basis and long-term its IT asset portfolio (software and technology-related hardware) with regards to cost, control, risk, compliance, business performance objectives, and IT Governance as established by the company.
  • Manages the ITAM (hardware and software) product lifecycle; ensuring management and visibility into the end to end process, including but not limited to the administration of the acquisition, storage, distribution, movement, remediation and disposal of assets.
  • Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure, and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in order to perform technology research and routine administrative duties as requested.
  • Ensure all support issues within Asset Management are properly documented and regularly updated with current status.
  • Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures. Utilize data analytics tools to track asset performance, assess utilization, and make data-driven decisions for asset management.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with various stakeholders from multiple divisions and reporting level.
  • Collaborate with working groups, system managers, and platform owners, and communication with stakeholders to disposition and prioritize.
  • Assist system managers and platform owners with escalations, management reporting.
  • Report /communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, and leadership team, including performance metrics.

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Required skills:

· 3+ years of experience as an ITAM analyst or asset manager or related field

· 3+ years IT infrastructure experience

· 3+ years of technology project/initiative/program management experience in large, cross-organizational projects, prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines is required.

· 3+ years of experience in communicating and preparing presentations and reporting out to senior leaders and higher level professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations

· Strong interpersonal skills to lead projects with excellent influencing and problem resolution skills

· Ability to collaborate across the lines of business including first line control owners, Risk, Audit, etc.

· Knowledge of Servers, network equipment, laptops...

· Basic Microsoft skills

· Reporting Skills

· Business/Data Analysis experience

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $75,400/yr. - $111,100/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
