Job Description


• Works closely with team KBR Team Lead/Program Manager (PM) and government customers


• Provides support on a variety of program and project functions


• Assists in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program


• Assists in developing, establishing, and monitoring program requirements to include action items, metrics, risk mitigation plans, and milestones


• Provides support to the PM in program progress reviews and other performance reviews


• Create, plan, update and track funding in CCaR system


• Assists in establishing and defining program requirements


• Develops PowerPoint Presentations for briefing higher level executive agency


• Participates in special projects as required


• Works independently, applies sound judgment to resolve problems/deviations, and obtains advice where precedents are unclear or not available.


• Coordinate and process eSSS documentation

Required Education/Experience


• BS degree in Business or Relevant Technical Discipline OR an AS degree in Business or Relevant Technical Discipline plus two years of related work experience

Required Experience:



• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems and innovate solutions


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).


• Strong verbal, writing, and communication skills

Security Clearance Requirement: Eligible to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


• Experience and knowledge with the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the DOD, Air Force, and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition process


• Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments across a broad spectrum of functions and disciplines to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
