Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is seeking a remote Billing Representative to join our corporate team.

The position is responsible for managing daily claim creation, electronic medical record review, insurance billing corrections, as well as verification and eligibility of patient insurance for each Therapeutic Associates clinic location – ensuring compliance with CMS and other standard healthcare guidelines are followed.

Other duties as assigned including but not limited to supporting the Central Billing Office by providing telephone coverage, screening calls, taking messages, and other general clerical duties or projects.


Minimum Qualifications:
Must reside in the state of Oregon

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in progressive professional Claims Billing and Customer Service required

Strong communication skills

Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products

Ability to perform basic bookkeeping, interpret customer accounts and records

Knowledge of medical terminology
