    Responsibilities
    • Work Schedule During Training Period: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CT.
    • Work Schedule After Training Period: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CT)

    • Help patients with pre-authoriziations and questions
    • Track claims through the process, check and monitor the status of claims
    • Transfer patients and providers to the customer service team regarding benefits
    • Work independently - must be able to answer questions without working from a script
    • Have knowledge of medical terminology
    • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
    • Answers phones and completes associated clerical tasks
