Day to day as a Change Management Analyst

You will have the opportunity to work closely with project managers and clients to develop and implement cutting-edge strategies that align with clients' objectives. You will study the effects of change on the organization, processes, systems, staff, and customers; and create comprehensive roadmaps and plans to ensure the successful adoption of new thinking, new processes, and systems. You will play a key role in helping staff adopt changes. Your expertise will not only contribute to project planning and budgeting but also establish executive alignment and facilitate issue resolution. Are you the Change Management Analyst we're looking for?

To thrive as a successful Change Management Analyst at Access Sciences, you should possess a range of key skills that include experience facilitating change efforts, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable language and visuals. From developing change and communication plans and crafting engaging presentations for various audiences to conducting engagement sessions, and organizing leadership activities, your change management skills will be the opportunity to shine. Your expertise in defining organizational processes, technologies, and performance metrics will be essential for driving client success. Additionally, your sharp eye for identifying new opportunities within existing accounts will ensure that you continuously add value to our clients.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Knowledge of Prosci's ADKAR framework
  • 3-5 years of change management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change management plans
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to coordinate analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks and issues
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities
  • Contribute to project planning, overall strategy, and budgeting as needed
  • Establish and monitor KPIs
  • Analyze and map business processes and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the following content areas: records and information management, enterprise content management, file classifications, and taxonomies
  • Prior change management experience in medium-to-large-scale implementation projects including design, development, and implementation phases
  • Experience developing and executing executive alignment sessions
  • Ability to articulate the case for all phases of change (Plan, Change, Sustain) and business benefits
  • Experience creating multi-phase roadmaps that prioritize and sequence an integrated list of project initiatives
  • Understanding of functional and technical requirements for enterprise-wide content and records management solutions
  • Understanding of business development and customer relations
  • Knowledge of process improvement
