Provides customer service, clerical and administrative support to ensure student compliance with Harvard Division of Continuing Education regulations and policies related to immunizations, immigration, employer partnerships, and English language proficiency.With particular emphasis on acting as front-line costumer service to students via email, this role is integral to the successful launch of Summer School 2024.This individual will provide support for other front-line staff regarding inquiries by researching requests in DCE's customer relationship management tool, Salesforce.Additionally, this individual will update student records to accurately indicate whether students are in compliance with university policies.This role provides general administrative, clerical, and customer service support on additional projects, as needed.Office/customer service and data entry experience, preferably in a university setting.Bachelor's degree or some college preferred.Knowledge of FERPA and/or HIPAA. Familiarity with a foreign language, Harvard, and Salesforce highly desirable.
