About the job:

As the Revenue Operations Manager at Veradigm, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and maximizing revenue generation across our organization. You will lead a dynamic team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to optimize sales processes, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping the future growth trajectory of our Sales and Account Management teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic product plans aligned with the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to identify growth opportunities and shape roadmap development.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, create and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to Sales leadership and drive proactive decision-making.
  • Drive operational efficiency by automating and enhancing sales processes, tools, and systems to scale effectively and optimize resource utilization.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership on annual planning, capacity planning, quotas, budgeting, forecasting, and compensation models to ensure alignment and maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance sales operations processes, such as CPQ order management, customer segmentation, pricing, quoting, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ best practices, ensuring data accuracy and implementing enhancements to support sales effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, effectively mentoring and leading teams.
  • Strong proficiency in project management, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence action through clear and compelling communication.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation, leveraging tools such as SQL, Salesforce, and Excel to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and subscription financial software, preferably Zuora.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS-based environment, with knowledge of cloud-based technologies and operational workflows.
  • Healthcare sector experience, providing insight into industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Salesforce Admin certification or similar qualifications.
