About the Role
As a key member of our Patient Revenue Management Organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial well-being of our patients. This position involves a comprehensive approach to managing patient accounts, adhering to established protocols and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately manage patient accounts throughout the revenue cycle, including pre-admission, admission, and registration processes.
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits to facilitate timely service delivery.
- Communicate financial responsibilities to patients prior to their appointments and assist in arranging payment options.
- Conduct thorough analyses of insurance policies and third-party funding sources to optimize reimbursement.
- Address and resolve insurance claim denials and rejections promptly.
- Gather and maintain essential documentation to support inquiries and complaints.
- Provide guidance on financial counseling referrals as necessary.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma, with postsecondary education preferred.
- Two years of experience in healthcare service access, billing, or collections.

- The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
