Role Summary:

The Revenue Growth Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, sales, and customer data to generate actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing revenue strategies and performance metrics.

This position demands a meticulous individual with exceptional analytical capabilities, adept at synthesizing data from diverse sources to aid sales and marketing leadership in their decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a consultative background, experience engaging with senior leadership, and a proven track record of thriving in a rapidly evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Examine top-of-the-funnel data alongside information from various systems as customers progress through the sales cycle.
  • Create and maintain revenue dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing visibility to sales leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across multiple CRM systems.
  • Synthesize workflows and data from various systems and CRMs to develop comprehensive datasets for analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to implement process improvements and CRM system modifications to capture missing data or rectify inaccuracies.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Work alongside sales leadership to formulate precise sales forecasts and pipeline projections.
  • Monitor and assess pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle duration to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, leveraging data to inform business decisions and revenue growth strategies.
  • Participate in the evolution of systems change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, responding swiftly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Support sales and marketing leadership with additional data-driven insights as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in business analytics, consulting, or a comparable role within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills for effective data collection, organization, analysis, and presentation.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across departments and with senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating actionable reports.
  • Proven experience in managing systems change and driving process enhancements.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and the technology sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is highly desirable.
