RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of the firm's compliance program
  • Utilize cutting-edge RegTech to develop and implement compliance processes for scalability
  • Stay informed about regulatory, compliance, and legal updates impacting the firm
  • Provide education and training to staff on compliance issues
  • Conduct forensic testing to ensure adherence to company policies, incorporating technology and analytics where applicable
  • Maintain compliance records in an organized manner
  • Aid in regulatory filings across different global jurisdictions
  • Conduct due diligence on research providers, consultants, and partners
  • Assist in updating the firm's compliance manual, code of ethics, and other relevant documents
  • Oversee the efficient storage and retrieval of internal precedents
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution with a strong academic track record
  • Professional licenses like CPA or FINRA are advantageous
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a compliance role in areas such as private fund compliance, risk management, or related fields
