Career Opportunity

As a Product Manager at Cariloop, you will contribute to transforming the caregiving experience by managing our product development lifecycle and ensuring successful outcomes.

In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of our products, services, and user experiences to generate new ideas, fill product gaps, and enhance our service offerings. This is a balanced role where you will have the opportunity to engage in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who previously held the position of Product Management or Product Owner, preferably in a software development environment.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and leadership teams to define product vision and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to developing our product roadmap in alignment with our company goals.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features or enhancements.
  • Manage and prioritize the agile team's backlog.
  • Write detailed feature briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including grooming, increment planning, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint demonstrations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and drive adoption of new features.
  • Research customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to influence product strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, quality assurance, and support to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of previous work experience in a product management associate or manager role.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience working in an agile environment using Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
  • Skilled in writing product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven experience with agile ceremonies and collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with goal-setting techniques such as OKRs.
  • Direct or indirect experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry is valuable but not required.
