Who We're Looking For

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Technology team is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating cyber threats to our organization. This role involves managing our team of cyber threat intelligence analysts, developing threat intelligence strategies, and collaborating with other departments to enhance our overall security posture.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the design and implementation of a cutting edge cyber threat intelligence programManage a team of cyber threat intelligence analystsCollaborate with the security team and global stakeholders on new or emerging cyber threatsConduct regular threat assessments and develop mitigation plans.Oversee defining Priority Intelligence Needs and products that support those needsIdentify and improve processes through automation and defined measurements for ongoing program maturitySupport Incident Response activities as neededLead and influence current and future technology decisions with management, Security Architects, and other stakeholdersMaintain an active awareness of cyber threats, countermeasure technologies, and industry trendsDevelop, maintain, and standardize security engineering documentation including but not limited to design, configuration, and procedural materials following internal and industry best practicesConduct and participate in security training and knowledge sharing to grow team skills and talents
What You Bring

At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security or Intelligence rolesProficient in intelligence gathering techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutionsIn-depth knowledge of the threat landscape and security controls used to defend the enterpriseA positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindsetStrong verbal and written abilities to engage with technical and non-technical resourcesHighly organized and detail orientedSelf-motivated personality who can work independently and in team settings with minimal direction or guidance
Added bonus if you have

Cyber Security relevant certifications including CISSP, CEH, CCSP, or similarStrong understanding of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.Experience with developing and implementing Cyber Security policies and standardsRisk Management experience in a regulated environmentKnowledge of Cyber Security regulations and lawsCyber Incident Response experience
