Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project deliverables and collaborating with remote teams to ensure timely execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing the resolution of technical issues.
  • Working closely with management to align business needs with organizational goals.
  • Engaging with various departments to identify and enhance opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducting requirement gathering, effort estimation, technical design, project planning, and monitoring.
  • Analyzing data to uncover patterns and derive valuable business insights.
  • Facilitating innovation and modernization of legacy systems and processes.
  • Reviewing daily delivery tasks with the team to ensure robust process implementation and identifying potential project risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
  • Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features and internals.
  • Experience with JDBC/Big Data connectivity in Tableau/Qlik.
  • Familiarity with API integration with Tableau Server.
  • Experience in Agile project environments.
  • Ability to create comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
  • Strong SQL skills in at least one database such as SQL Server or Oracle.
