Overview

The role of Clinical Contracts Administrator will support the clinical contracting team within the Legal Department and will be solely responsible for the management of the process operations associated with all clinical site contracting activities. This role will be responsible for the management of the clinical contract management technology solution and data and analytics and tracking and filing associated with clinical contracting activity. Additionally, this role will be responsible to participate in and manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote role with availability to attend in person with a purpose company or Legal Department meetings at the Bridgewater, New Jersey Headquarters on an as needed basis.



Responsibilities

Manage clinical contract management technology solution.Manage reporting solutions to enhance distribution of analytics and metrics.Data management of data points from the review and filing of emails in central email inbox.Organization and filing of clinical contracts and relevant amendments in TEAMS folder structure.Preparation of and management of final execution of clinical contracts and relevant amendments.Manage and track execution process of high volume of clinical contracts from initial preparation through to execution (including DocuSign and hard copy, where applicable).Maintain and develop documentation of collaborative process with CRO and DevOps colleagues.General support and organizational assistance for clinical contracting team.Collaborate with attorneys to provide supportive contract analysis and negotiation process documentation.Communicate professionally and effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Work collaboratively with Legal and DevOps team involved in clinical trial start up and contract negotiations.Ensure that all systems and filing are up to date to support data and information sharing internally and externally.Provide support in preparing for internal and external meetings (agenda, metrics, and minutes) and responsible for participating and providing updates and metrics in meetings.Provide excellent internal client services.Compliance program adherence and reinforcement with internal clients.Consistently follow process for documentation of clinical contract status and filing of supporting versions.Other misc. projects as needed or requested by Legal team.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years minimum of relevant work experienceCorporate Office experiencePharma/Biotech experience preferred with clinical trial experience and/or project management experienceProject management experience as they will be working independently and will be responsible for developing solutions to enhance existing processes and reporting/analytics capabilities and metrics to gain efficiencies and transparency with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to multitask and manage a diverse workload with competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively and independently under tight deadlines, high volume; prioritizing appropriatelyKnowledge, understanding of clinical contract process (site feasibility CDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, Amendments)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsProficient in Word, Adobe, Excel, DocuSign, PowerPoint, Contract Management System, SharepointAbility to communicate effectively and partner with a variety of business functions at all levelsAbility to adapt to new technology and procedures.

Salary Range

Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.

The base salary range for this job is from $53.00 to $75.00 per year
