Context
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented VIE to join our Finance team at Keolis North America. This position will work directly with the Director of FP&A and will closely collaborate with the VP of Finance and financial analysts.
Missions
Your main mission will be to:
- Develop a program to monitor, measure and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop a standardized P/L reporting for Keolis North America
- Implement / support the implementation of the forecasting tool, Anaplan
- Document our finance processes
Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Educational background: University graduate (or equivalent) with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Experience: a few years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Consolidation, or Internal Audit.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills and Power BI.
The VIE mission is for 18 months.
