Context

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented VIE to join our Finance team at Keolis North America. This position will work directly with the Director of FP&A and will closely collaborate with the VP of Finance and financial analysts.

Missions

Your main mission will be to:

  • Develop a program to monitor, measure and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
  • Develop a standardized P/L reporting for Keolis North America
  • Implement / support the implementation of the forecasting tool, Anaplan
  • Document our finance processes

Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educational background: University graduate (or equivalent) with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Experience: a few years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Consolidation, or Internal Audit.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills and Power BI.

The VIE mission is for 18 months.
