We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Partner to join our thriving Mergers & Acquisitions practice. As a key member of our team, you will drive complex M&A transactions and provide expert counsel on corporate governance, financing, and restructuring matters.
Your Responsibilities- Lead and execute mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for a diverse client base.
- Offer strategic advice on corporate governance, financing, and restructuring matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.
- 5+ Years of Experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A and private company transactions.
- Deep expertise in corporate governance, securities law, and related legal frameworks.
- Business development acumen, with a proven ability to generate new business and expand client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of $500,000 in portable business is required.
