Main Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the day-to-day prioritization of activities for the hub with focus of leading the sales team and revenue growth, and customer success team members in conjunction with their functional leaders as subject matter experts. This role has multi-site responsibility comprising three or more hubs and/or sites across a geographic region with a minimum of $18M in revenue. This role will also directly supervise and direct the client success team and act as the client success subject matter expert.

  • Responsible for the overall operations of the Area. Working with each function leader to ensure peak productivity within each function and reviewing reports, dashboards, and systems to ensure Flexer shift growth and overall area performance.Monitor sales performance and revenue generation for temporary assignments, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements to meet or exceed established targets for the area.
  • Provides overall management direction and support to the hub and operations teams. Establishes priorities in office activities and creates daily cadence through morning and afternoon team huddles/meetings. Maintains an efficient and skilled client success staff by interviewing, hiring, and training employees. Schedules, assigns, and reviews work of client success staff.
  • Responsible for appraising client success, evaluating employee performance, recommending status and salary changes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of Flexer wages by working with the Flex Finance team on the submission of payroll boards, where applicable.
  • Promotes understanding and teamwork in the organization by maintaining open channels of communication with superiors, peers, and subordinates. Discuss problems or possible problems with staff and follow up to ensure problem resolution. Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure staff is aligned with hub and company goals
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with Company services by monitoring current activity and adjusting plans or services as needed. Promotes client engagement in the technology and makes regular in-person visits to customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify additional customer needs and opportunities to grow business. Arrange job shadows and other value-added services.
  • Prepares and generates a variety of reports for management, staff, corporate, and others. Reviews and analyzes various reports (including incoming reports), giving special consideration to potential problem areas and sharing information with appropriate individuals.
  • Manages client relations issues. Investigate and resolve customer/employee problems and issues, and inform appropriate personnel of problems and opportunities. Researches and answers employee/client questions.
  • Monitors and follows up on account receivables in conjunction with the Credit/Collections department. Monitors and follows up on delinquent client accounts.
  • Participates in the hub and onsite goal-setting process; provides input to management regarding the hub's short- and long-range business plans. Plans future staffing needs and organizes methods of servicing future orders
  • Interfaces with other hubs and departments within the entire organization. Share information on customers, employees, orders, and other issues with appropriate personnel. Informs appropriate personnel of problems and opportunities.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with Company quality programs and processes including compliance, as well as cooperating with audits, developing staff and hub objectives as required
  • Must be available for on-call duty after hours and on weekends. May require shift work.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements
  • Previous work within a staffing company
  • Five+ years of customer service, human resources, general management, and sales experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc.
